I contenuti
sono strutturati sulle effettive esigenze delle imprese operanti in Cina e
con la Cina. In particolare vengono approfondite tematiche gestionali e
manageriali che il percorso accademico di base spesso non riesce a mettere in
evidenza. La taratura dei contenuti e' finalizzata a fornire uno strumento
pratico, di immediato utilizzo. Molti giovani neo-laureati italiani in Cina
sono di fatto costretti a ripartire da zero per apprendere i rudimenti del
management in ambiente cinese. Anche skill importanti come la conoscenza
della linga cinese non sono sufficienti ad affrontare attivita'
professionali in Cina in assenza di una preparazione adeguata al contesto.
Grande attenzione viene inoltre dedicata agli aspetti societari, legali e
fiscali, che rappresentano uno degli elementi chiave per la valutazione
degli investimenti. |
